Platform responsibility
LockBounty is designed as a trusted workflow layer for funded GitHub bounties, claims, AI-assisted PR review, and payout coordination. It coordinates platform-recorded claims and payouts only; external GitHub comments, labels, or side agreements are outside the automated payout pipeline. It does not replace legal, financial, tax, or security advice.
