Builder payout
Builders connect Stripe once to receive payouts. They do not pay LockBounty to claim work.
The sponsor must pay the builder reward through Stripe before claims open.
Warnings, restrictions, disputes, and chargebacks must stay visible before release.
Viktor and Kael advise, but the sponsor or maintainer makes the final acceptance decision.
Only the accepted LockBounty claim is paid; other competing claims are rejected and unpaid by default.
